Back In Business! Office Wear For The Back To Work Season
After a couple of months working from home, waking up and getting dressed for the day may seem like a foreign concept especially if you have a formal dress code to adhere to and though those whose work places have a flexible semi-casual dress code might have it easier we all have some adjustment to do. Transitions are never easy, but we've done our bit to help you select your wardrobe pieces for some simple back to work sets.
Dresses and Jumpsuits
One piece items make early morning dressing so easy. All you need to think about is what accessories you’ll add to complete your look.
A loose, not too baggy jumpsuit that you can adjust at the waist is a must have for every woman. Not only will it serve you over the casual weekends but also for the weekdays when you need to dress up and show up. Plus, the fitting isn't too different from your loungewear so you'll still be super comfortable in them.
For the days when you barely have time to think about how to pair your tops and bottoms, your simple solid colour dresses are your go to! You have several options to choose from - midi dresses to bodycon fits or floral dresses. Have each in a different colour and throw on your favorite accessories you'll never run out of styling options.
Skirts
You’ll always look together and polished in a knee length or midi skirt. With a plain t-shirt, a tucked in blouse, a cute off-shoulder top, a solid colour tank top or a peplum top will you have a couple of styling options up your sleeve for any day of the week.
Pants
When it comes to pants, it’s really a matter of how you decide to style them. With a few pairs of pants, you can rock different looks all week depending on the item you wear it with.
Pallazo Pants, Wide Leg Pants, Skinny Jeans and Leggings are all suitable options you can go for dependent on your work place dress code and what you choose to wear them with.
Tops
This is where the magic lies because the alternatives are endless. T-Shirts and tank tops, Blouses with prints, Bodysuits and Button Up Shirts are all options here. Play around with different colours, prints and fabrics.
Outerwear
You #OOTD is never complete without suitable outerwear. They can easily make or break your entire look! Whether you choose to wear a jacket, a blazer, a sweater, a waterfall, a scarf or a kimono – be sure that it comes in to compliment your overall style.
Whichever way you choose to dress up through the week, remember to make comfort and fun a priority!
