Yes! We encourage you to make any changes within 12 hours of placing your order. This includes changing the delivery or payment option.

We offer four main payment options:

M-PESA on Delivery (only for orders within Nairobi)

Cash on Delivery (only for orders within Nairobi)

Pre-paid M-PESA (mostly for orders outside Nairobi)

Pesapal – includes most common credit cards, Airtel Money and more

Deliveries within Nairobi take between 24 – 48 hours while those outside Nairobi take 72 hours. 

Urgent same day deliveries within Nairobi (Express) Kshs 500/-

Next day deliveries within Nairobi: FREE

Next day delivery (outside Nairobi) Kshs 350/-

Outside Kenya deliveries – Custom

Someone needs to be in when your parcel is due to be delivered as we may need a signature.

However, don’t worry if this isn't possible, we usually try to deliver more than once.

Alternatively, we'll give you details on how to collect it at the most convenient store for you.

If an item is missing, please contact us using one of the options below with the missing item's name. We will resolve the issue for you as quickly as we can.

Returns Information

Oh yes you can! We want to give you a hassle-free way to return anything you’re not completely happy with within 15 days of the date of purchase.

Items must be accompanied by original receipt, and date and amount of purchase must be validated in our system. Merchandise must either be defective, or in its original condition, unworn and unwashed. Customer identification may be required.

We want to sort out any issues with faulty items straightaway. As soon as you discover a fault, please contact our Customer Care Team via these two options:

If one of the items you received isn't what you ordered, please send it back to us and we'll either dispatch the correct item or refund you as soon as it's arrived back at our warehouse. If you choose to return through another method, it's your responsibility to pay for your return.
