Express Delivery

Express delivery is offered for Vivo Woman items at Kshs 500 within Nairobi if order is placed before 3 PM.

Store Pick Up Orders (SPUs)

Shop Zetu orders can be sent to any Vivo store for pick up. Store Pick Up Orders should be collected within 1-2 business days of the order reaching the store.

There is no delivery fee for Store Pick Up Orders. However, a commitment fee of Kshs 100 will be charged and this amount will be deducted from the order amount should any of the order items be purchased. The commitment fee will be refunded in full should the customer choose not to purchase any of the order items. The commitment fee will be non refundable in the event that the customer does not visit the store or communicate within 5 days of the order reaching the store. 

Cash on Delivery

Delivery fees will need to be paid in advance of all cash on delivery orders that are being delivered to a customer’s location of choice (with the exception of COD Store Pick Up Orders). This fee is non refundable if the customer chooses not to purchase the item/s ordered.

Please note:

  • You will be required to prepay for delivery (Kshs 300) for all Cash On Delivery orders.
  • You will be required to prepay kshs 100 for all store pick up orders.This fee is refundable upon collection of the orders


Shop Zetu promises you 100% satisfaction on purchases from our site. We offer a 14-day return Policy  which is applicable from the date you receive the order. If you are not satisfied with the item when you receive it then you can return or exchange it. However, items marked as ‘No returns on this item’ once purchased cannot be returned.

Returns terms and conditions.

  1.   Items must not be defective.
  2.   Items must have original tags.
  3.   Items should not have been worn and must have no stains or body odour.
  4.   Items must be accompanied by an original receipt.

Item/s can be returned to any Vivo store or to the Shop Zetu head office. The cost of returning the item/s will be covered in full by the customer.


Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment (orders paid by cash will be refunded through Mpesa). The refunded amount will include 100% the value of the item but will not include any shipping or packaging fees. Refunds are processed within 2 to 3 days of the returned items being received and accepted by Shop Zetu.


Shop Zetu allows exchanges for items that are in their original state of packing as highlighted on the return policy.

A customer is allowed a maximum of 2 exchanges per order after which they will be asked to place an entirely new order. The cost of sending the item/s back to Shop Zetu will be covered in full by the customer, and the cost of sending the new item back to the customer will be covered in full by Shop Zetu.
