Shop Zetu is committed to safeguarding the privacy or your personal information (PI) and as such this Privacy Policy explains how we (Shop Zetu/Vivo) process your information, this includes activities in collecting, receiving, recording, storing, updating, using, transferring and erasing your data. This policy applies to all our various customer touchpoints which includes our website(s), mobile applications and forms part of our websites, adverts, Lead generation activities. By visiting or using any of our websites or mobile applications you agree to the terms of this policy as updated from time to time. To conduct business with you, we may collect your personal details such as your name, contact details including mobile number and email address, debit or credit card number in cases where you are paying us through bank cards (as service provided by 3rd party service providers), location information, online identifier and personal preferences. 

 

In respect to our employees and fashion models, beside information relation to identification of an individual such as name and identification document details, we may collect  information relating to gender, race,  marital status, ethnic or social origin, age, disability (mostly as required by labour laws);, contact information such as e-mail address physical address and telephone number, biometric information and family/next of kin details.

 

The PI we collect about you is dependent on

  • The transaction you are completing,
  • The reason you are communicating or engaging with us, and
  • The Channel used to communicate with us.

 

Your Personal Information may also include information you elect to share publicly, including on social media and customer forums. We may also collect basic information about your friends and family, personal interests and online activities.

 

When do we collect your Personal Information?

  • Purchase, return, exchange or enquire about products and service from us

By completing an order or signing up, you agree to receive

When you sign up to receive marketing material, as you complete your order through the online platform, we may send you service review surveys and  promotional emails, SMS from ShopZetu/Vivo. If you do not wish to receive this information and/or commercial communications, you may at any time opt to “Unsubscribe” in the e-mail or the SMS, and we will immediately stop sending the aforementioned information.



Use of third party services

 

Shopzetu uses Google Analytics and for marketing and personal data optimization purposes. We also use Google Digital Marketing to propose targeted offers. 

 

We also use social media networks (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest and Twitter) to propose targeted offers to our customers of products as well as store locations.

 

Shop Zetu uses Shopify to facilitate online transactions. The information you provide during the transaction is thus collected by Shopify on our behalf. Such information is only used for the purposes of online transactions and can be accessed by contacting Shopzetu with the request through (designated email).

 

To facilitate online card payment, the company uses the services of Paystack Payments Limited. The solution provided by the company is integrated with our online sales platform. As such, we share basic information to facilitate completion of your order such as name and the provided email address.
