Delivery & Returns


We accept returns and exchanges for any item you are not completely happy with within 7 days of the date of purchase at any Vivo Store countrywide. Items must be accompanied by original receipt, and date and amount of purchase must be validated in our system. Customer identification may be required before any returns are accepted.

Merchandise must either be defective, or in its original condition, unworn and unwashed. Items tried on to see whether they fit are not considered used, but we reserve the right to refuse a return due to damage, or upon grounds of hygiene. Products under jewelry. skin care, makeup, swimwear, fragrances and underwear cannot be returned once sold.

If a return is refused for either of these reasons, the item will be returned to you from our warehouse and the refund will not be issued.
